In addition to the list published by the Secretariat of Prizes and Bets, betting sites accredited with state lotteries may continue to operate.
In an official note, Loterj (Rio de Janeiro State Lottery) stated that it “regulated in April 2023, based on what the Federal Supreme Court (STF) decided in ADPF 492, and in Paragraph 8 of article 35-A of Law 14,790/2024, which ensures the position of the state lottery“.
According to the authority, the Federal Regional Court (TRF1) granted an injunction to Loterj, highlighting that the ordinances of the Ministry of Finance that deal with the issue invaded the regulatory competence of the states and went beyond federal competence, as established by the Federal Constitution and by the Federal Constitution itself. STF.
Since June last year, several bets have been accredited by Loterj to operate after participating in the Accreditation Notice, paying the grant of R$5 million for a period of up to five years of exploration and paying federal fees and taxes to the Union on a monthly basis.

Loteria Mineira informa sobre o site Lotominas
The Minas Gerais State Lottery (LEMG) informed, through a letter, signed by the General Director of the Loteria Mineira, Ronan Moreira. The document was dated this Monday (30) and sent to the secretary of SPA-MF, Regis Dudena.
In the letter, LEMG highlighted the legality of the operation of the company Keno Minas, which uses the Lotominas.bet sports betting platform.
Lottopar also advertises accredited sites
In Paraná, there are five sites that operate in a regulated manner and can continue to operate normally and only in Paraná territory. They are pr.apostou.com, parana.bplay.com.br, pr.betplay.bet, pr.pixbet.com.br and pr.nossabet.com.br.
“With serious work, commitment and respect for legislation, we are ensuring that within Paraná only regulated betting sites are in operation, which offer safe entertainment for the bettor and with social return for all Paraná”, highlighted the CEO of Lottopar, Daniel Romanowski.
Treasury updates national and state lottery list
It is worth noting that the Ministry of Treasury released updated versions of the lists of betting companies, bets (brands) and respective websites that can continue to operate until the end of this year, at national and state levels.
On the national list, there are now 93 companies with 205 bets. The state lottery lists have 18 companies, including four names from Maranhão: three in the implementation phase and Embralote with the website ma.embralote.com.br.
