Notorious supporter of the games in Brazil, the deputy took a stand once again in a meeting with counselors and directors of the Commercial and Business Association of Foz do Iguaçu (ACIFI).

During the meeting, the parliamentarian highlighted the advances made on several fronts of parliamentary action, above all, in the search for solutions to border obstacles; defense of structural works; and resources obtained from parliamentary amendments and bills.

In addition, Vermelho mentioned the need to obtain resources for projects relevant to the region, such as an intermodal dry port, park roads, multipurpose arena and highlighted the importance of releasing the gambling segment in order to boost the national economy, promote tourism and generate new jobs.

“We defend the development of the economy, in areas such as transport, logistics, trade, tourism and agriculture, with tooth and nail. I participated in committees and strategic parliamentary fronts linked to the sectors in all these years of the mandate. The hiring of federal servants for the region depends on permanent articulation”, declared the federal deputy.
