Brazilians eagerly await the start of the 2026 World Cup, fueling the dream of winning their sixth title. With this in mind, Fast Track is launching a series of tools for this highly anticipated time of year, according to Muriel Le Senechal.
“We launched our natural language tool, which is like having your own ChatGPT within the CRM platform. But instead of querying data from all over the world on the internet, it’s looking at your own database. This system has been trained over the last ten years with all the experience from our 450 CRM campaign clients,” he explained.
But what can be done with this solution?
Muriel explained that the operator can, for example, enter the complete 2026 World Cup calendar into the prompt and request the separation of all matches, creating segmentations based on the player’s preferred national teams. The tool performs all the segmentation, in addition to generating the prompts that control communications related to the matches, at pre-defined times.
“By connecting to the operator’s sports API, we can receive all the odds in real time and send this content with updated odds. This World Cup is going to be amazing and should significantly change the results for operators this year. We have plenty of support to do this in the best way possible,” he stated.
Immersive workshop in São Paulo
According to Muriel, Fast Track’s strategy for the Brazilian market largely revolves around education. “We feel there’s a deficit in our operations, as not all CRM operators have had the chance to truly learn CRM from the basics to the most advanced levels, which is practiced in the best operations worldwide.”
Therefore, Fast Track will hold an immersive workshop in São Paulo on March 18th and 19th. “It will be a completely hands-on workshop; CRM managers will leave with a strategy ready for the entire year, in addition to generating insights and exchanging ideas with other operators,” he said.
Muriel also warned that the meeting will be exclusive: “an invitation-only event with 150 places. We expect to deliver excellent content, with a test at the end and certification, to ensure that everyone leaves with learned content.”
