In February, international technology company SOFTSWISS launched Better Together Month. The initiative aims to strengthen corporate culture and team spirit. Throughout this month, the company organized several activities to promote collaboration, contact with partners and a series of conversations to publicize the project.

Therefore, the intention is to mix interactive challenges, social encounters and cultural experiences that celebrate diversity and inclusion. To learn more about how the company promotes its core values and strong culture, meet the SOFTSWISS team at SBC Summit Rio from February 25th to 27th.

The Better Together Month

Better Together Month is a long-term investment in a strong, collaborative work environment. As a result, the initiative operates in the company’s various development centers, where teams continue to grow.

Additionally, it makes internal communication and team cohesion a key priority. Furthermore, just last year, the number of users of SOFTSWISS products increased by 21%.

The initiative began with the Active Together Challenge, which encourages staff to share their favorite physical activities on social media and, in doing so, invite other colleagues to participate. To help teams connect in a hybrid work environment, the Donut Bot in Slack sets up random virtual meetups among your followers, facilitating informal networking.

According to Valentina Bagniya, CMO at SOFTSWISS, the goal is to create initiatives that go beyond celebrations: “At SOFTSWISS, we understand that our success is built on the dedication and collaboration of more than 2,000 employees across all locations.”

“Better Together Month is our way of recognizing this unity, promoting an environment where everyone feels valued and connected. By creating initiatives that go beyond traditional corporate celebrations, we reinforce our commitment to a culture that puts people first,” he said.

Initiatives around the world

Still within the actions, this February, Friendship & Gratitude Day brought teams together for a special celebration focused on appreciation and connection. Gratitude screens were installed in key locations around the office, inviting colleagues to share words of encouragement and gratitude with one another.

The month ends with Treat Thursday, a celebration of local traditions in different regions. In Poland, local experts mark Tłusty Czwartek (Fat Thursday) by sharing sweet treats and strengthening team bonds. In Georgia, teams celebrate Maslenitsa, embracing the country’s rich cultural heritage.

According to the company, By honoring local customs, SOFTSWISS and its local partners reinforce their commitment to creating an inclusive and culturally aware work environment where traditions unite teams, regardless of geography.
