The year for the gaming and betting market tends to start only after the ICE. Between the 20th and 22nd of January, Barcelona became the iGaming capital of the world and welcomed the CEO and Co-Founder of Fast Track, Simon Lidzén.

“It has been fantastic. We had the best ICE ever. We have already participated in several editions, but this one seems to bring everyone together. It’s something new to get used to. The stands, including Fast Track, are always full. We had several great conversations,” he said.

Asked about the news for 2025, Lidzén highlighted the singularity model. “This uniqueness model solves a really core problem when it comes to CRM, where you can scale with personalization. We do this by creating behavioral profiles of customers to build these models at an accelerated pace, using AI.”

According to the executive, the singularity model makes it possible to combine the type of campaign, the sending time and the channels used. “The new thing now is the rewards”, he said.

He explained that rewards have layers of experience. “So we’re adding a front-end solution, a gamification layer that you can enable with the singularity model. Something very exciting.”

Simon Lidzén also highlighted that these solutions were developed considering the Brazilian public. “We work with many operators in Brazil. We prioritized this project and experience in particular because of Brazilians, the brand we want to leave and the needs that exist in that market. This way, you can differentiate your offer to players”, he concluded.
