The SBC Summit Latinoamérica is gearing up for another notable event, with highlights including a speech from football legend René Higuita, famous for his Scorpio kick, and a networking party at Chase Stadium, home of Inter Miami.

Highlights of the SBC Summit Latinoamérica 2024

The event will hold its final edition at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, from October 29th to 31st, with 4,000 participants gathered to explore the latest in sports betting and iGaming in Latin America.

The show will offer three days of world-class networking opportunities, product displays and educational panels. Next year, SBC will move the event to Fort Lauderdale, combining SBC Summit Latinoamérica and SBC Summit North America into a new SBC Summit Americas.

Held on Wednesday and Thursday, the conference will feature:

  • Three parallel stages
  • More than 200 industry leaders and speakers

Thus, topics cover topics such as: leadership and sports betting to iGaming, media, affiliation, advertising, lotteries, physical casinos, emerging technology, payments and compliance.

In addition to the main speaker, René Higuita, Colombian motorsport talent Tatiana Calderón will also take the stage. It will address the transformative potential of collaboration.

Furthermore, Senator Irajá Abreu (rapporteur for Casinos PL) will describe the main steps and regulatory requirements for operators and interested parties to apply for and obtain physical casino licenses in Brazil. The bill is being processed in the Senate and has already been approved in the Chamber of Deputies.
