The 2024 edition of iGB L!VE will be the last in Amsterdam before its move to London in 2025. The event kicked off this Wednesday (17th) with participants witnessing the biggest edition on record to date.
iGB L!VE will have more than 50 speakers
As it is one of the fastest growing sectors in the world, international interest has caused iGB L!VE registrations to increase by 40% year after year. There are iGaming industry professionals from 121 countries present in Amsterdam.
Attendees will have access to more than 300 exhibitors and sponsors. There are more than 21,000 square meters of gross space, an increase of 35% compared to 2023.
The iGB L!VE conference program features over 50 speakers across 21 sessions. Built around four main themes:

Key sessions include a live masterclass on ways to engage players in the online casino markets. The themes are as follows:
- Innovation in slot game design
- Cyber navigation and threats after an attack
- The Role of ESG in Boosting M&A Valuations

- Survival of search bar compression
- How Affiliates Should Respond to Protect Players
First day of the event
iGB L!VE got off to a dynamic start with Michel Groothuizen, president of Dutch regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), giving the opening speech. The appearance was Michel Groothuizen’s first in front of an international iGaming audience following his appointment as President of the KSA from July 1st.
This was followed by a talk given by Sam Sadi, CEO of LiveScore Group. Sadi, who has worked in the sports and betting media industries for over 25 years, presented how to drive growth through partnerships and media convergence.
In a series of new developments, iGB L!VE is hosting the ASCEND Women & Allyship Meet-Up. This is a new year-round mentoring and leadership initiative that aims to support women as they start their gaming careers.
Therefore, the event will also witness the launch of the iGB LaunchPad, which provides a platform for pioneering start-ups and the first Sustainable Gaming Zone, showcasing the industry’s latest thinking and approach to safer gambling.
