Ahead of the January 2025 move to Barcelona, ​​ICE and iGB affiliated exhibitors can share Clarion Gaming‘s “Vision of the Possible” courtesy of a specially commissioned virtual tour and exhibitor orientation video that can be viewed by clicking HERE.

So in the 10-minute exhibitor film, narrated by Clarion Gaming Managing Director Stuart Hunter, he takes viewers on a tour of the venue.

2025 edition will have 5 pavilions

It starts with an introduction to the Fira Gran Via integrated metro station, located between El Prat international airport (12 km) and the historic city center (3 km).

The airport has the capacity to deliver large volumes of attendees directly to the heart of the spacious registration area dedicated to the south entrance.

Next, viewers are taken on a journey along the elevated walkway. It offers a unique panoramic view of the 120,000 m² exhibition space.

The space consists of contemporary designed meeting areas and the various breakout spaces requested by exhibitors, to the ultra-modern and scalable conference facilities and the venue’s three “Sky Gardens”. All of this makes it easy to have a memorable festival experience indoors and outdoors.

Additionally, the video shows the new exhibition floor with easy access for visitors. It is designed to easily identify gaming verticals of interest. The objective is to facilitate navigation through the five pavilions that the 2025 editions of ICE and iGB Affiliate will occupy.

Convention center can accommodate up to 12 thousand people

Introducing the video, Stuart Hunter said: “This is the latest in a series of guidance initiatives we begin in October 2023. Therefore, this video is aimed at ICE and iGB Affiliate exhibitors, partners and sponsors. followed by a dedicated tour for visitors to help prepare for this exciting new chapter.”

ICE/iGBA 2025 will use around 120,000 square meters of Gran Via (ICE 2024 used 100,000 gross m² in London) in Halls 1 (iGB Affiliate) and 2-5 (ICE).

In other words, an additional 160,000 m² was reserved exclusively for ICE/iGBA during the five-year lease.

Finally, the Convention Center, located in Hall 8, is a modular and versatile space with capacity for 3,000 to 12,000 people.
