The first edition of Afiliados Latam – São Paulo started this Thursday, 30th, in the same place that hosted the second Brazilian iGaming Summit (BiS 2022) in the last two days. The opening of the event, which is addressing the digital marketing sector, affiliate marketing and the possibilities in the iGaming market, had the illustrious presence of the Brazilian football idol, Zico.
The “Galinho de Quintino” shared the stage with one of the creators of the event and co-founder of Super Afiliados, Alessandro Valente. The former player publicly declared he was in favor of legalizing gambling in Brazil and shared some fun passages on casino visits abroad, bingo and other types of games.
Exclusively, he recalled other curiosities of his career in an interview with the portal iGaming Brazil: “I like to have a ‘fezinha’, I went to the casinos (outside Brazil), I visited the bingos. When I was a child in Quintino, there was the Jogo do Bicho”.
The former Flamengo and Brazilian national team star shared one of these trips to a casino in Paraguay after a victory over Cerro Porteño.
“We went to the casino and I was playing at 10 and no going out. The croupier asked me if I had a shirt and said I would if he made the 10 appear. A little later, 10 came out three times”, said the coincidence related to the number of the shirt he wore.
