EstrelaBet, one of the main bookmakers in Brazil, held the “EstrelaBet Olympics” internally. This event took place in August. The initiative was focused on promoting the practice of physical activities and the well-being of employees.
Registrants accumulated points throughout the month through individual physical activities, such as running and walking, and collective competitions organized in the cities of Belo Horizonte and São Paulo.

Promoting sports practice and caring for the well-being of employees is part of our living value, which is encouraged both in the work environment and in the personal lives of employees”, explains Gabriel.
To support this philosophy, the company organized 12 meetings with expert guidance. These meetings included running, walking and functional training. As a result, participants earned additional points.
Activities and rewards
In addition to physical activities, the “StarBet Olympics” also included health question and answer games. Thus, promoting integration between different areas and reinforcing the importance of a healthy work environment.
At the end of the competition, participants with the highest number of points received R$350 vouchers for purchases at sporting goods stores.
