The Copa Libertadores, won by Botafogo at the end of 2024, is just beginning on virtual fields. The fifth edition of CONMEBOL eLibertadores was announced on January 2nd and is already underway.
This edition of the competition, which will run until May 2025, offers a prize of US$100,000. It is important to highlight that eligible players from South America only have until today, January 17th, to register.
Participants who advance through two rounds of qualifiers will have the opportunity to compete in the tournament finals, scheduled for May 25, 2025. In addition to the monetary prize, competitors can win two spots in the EA Sports FC Pro World Championship.
Competition calendar
- Registration: until January 17, 2025
- Qualifying Phase I: January 18th and 19th, where the 32 best advance
- Qualifying Phase II: February 15th and 16th, classifying the 16 best in a two-game system
- Finals: May 25th
EA Sports FC 15 will be the game used, and the final will take place in person with live broadcast on Twitch and YouTube, in a program produced by LVP (MEDIAPRO Group). Registration can be made on the official competition page.
