Hard Rock International named one of America's 'Best Employers'

This is due to a $100 million investment by Hard Rock International to improve pay for its US workers, with the pay increase benefiting 95 job classifications.

Since 2015, the company has received the honor seven times.

Companies that continue to make it a priority to provide a safe and rewarding work environment for their employees are included in America’s Best Large Employers list.

The list was compiled through a survey of more than 45,000 US workers employed by companies with more than 1,000 employees.

In the survey, participants were asked about a range of employment-related issues, including working conditions, compensation, potential for career advancement and their opinions of the company’s image relative to their current employer.

The ranking was based on direct and indirect suggestions made by respondents, who rated the likelihood that they would suggest their own employer to friends and relatives.

David Carroll, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Hard Rock International, said, “We deeply value the contributions made by our team members across the United States and around the world.”

“Our recent investment of $100 million in wages and salaries for our US workforce is part of our ongoing efforts to honor and appreciate our team members.”

On January 11, National Human Trafficking Awareness Day, Hard Rock International increased efforts to strengthen the industry’s role in preventing and combating human trafficking.
