Betsul now makes its application available on the App Store, expanding its reach to users of iOS devices. The launch comes after Apple updated its policies and allowed the distribution of fixed-odd betting applications operated by companies licensed in Brazil.
Developed in partnership with Vibra Solutions, the Betsul application had already been launched for Android through the Play Store. According to the company, the software was the first native application in the betting segment available on the Brazilian market.
For Andréia Oliveira, operations director at Betsul, the arrival on the App Store represents a step forward for the company and for the iGaming sector in the country.
“We developed our application with a focus on security and practicality. Debuting in the iOS ecosystem reinforces our commitment to offering cutting-edge technology and an increasingly intuitive journey to players”, he states.
Unlike many platforms available on the market, the Betsul application was originally created for mobile devices. Therefore, the solution does not work as an adaptation of the web version, but rather as an environment developed specifically for smartphones.
With this, the company seeks to offer faster navigation and features optimized for the mobile experience..
Apple establishes requirements for betting apps
The update to Apple’s guidelines defined criteria for the presence of betting operators in the Brazilian App Store.
Among the requirements is the presentation of a valid license issued by the Prizes and Betting Secretariat (SPA) of the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, Apple requires compliance with the platform’s security policies. It also determines approval in technical review and the indicative rating for people over 18 years of age.
The measure brings the Brazilian market closer to countries that already have consolidated regulations for online betting and opens up space for licensed operators to expand their presence on the brand’s devices.
In the iOS version, users have access to features integrated into the operating system, such as Face ID, Touch ID, real-time notifications and optimized navigation for bets, deposits and withdrawals.
