West Ham United have agreed a new title sponsorship deal with bookmaker BoyleSports, the Daily Mail reports. The 12-month deal with the Irish company is worth an estimated £12 million ($16.3 million).
The partnership with BoyleSports means the Hammers will once again have a betting operator as a sponsor. The company replaces Betway, which paid £10 million ($13.6 million) per season from 2019 until the end of the 2024/25 season.
The deal also represents West Ham’s last chance to profit from bookmaker master sponsorships. A ban on such sponsorships on the front of Premier League shirts will come into force from the 2026/27 season.
The specialized vehicle The Sponsor carried out a survey and the prediction is that the change could cause a 38% drop in the average sponsorship values of clubs.
The study also warns that some teams are set to lose more than half of their sponsorship revenue. During the previous season, 11 Premier League teams had contracts with betting brands. In the 2023/24 season, there were eight clubs with such partnerships.
BoyleSports returns to title sponsorship of an elite English club. The company previously sponsored Sunderland between the 2007/08 and 2009/10 seasons.
Lucas Paqueta Case
West Ham’s new contract comes as Lucas Paqueta faces a possible suspension for alleged betting offences. The Brazilian player’s trial has now been finalised, but the Daily Mail reports that a verdict could take up to eight weeks.

According to The Sun, Betway was the first to raise awareness about the unusual volume of bets involving Paquetá on West Ham matches. This resulted in accusations of match-fixing against the Brazilian. The Football Association (FA) is requesting a permanent suspension of the player.
West Ham clarified to the Daily Mail that the end of the partnership with Betway is not related to the Paquetá case.
Club’s performance in the Premier League
Last season, the club finished the Premier League in 14th place with 43 points, recording 11 wins, 10 draws and 17 losses. Liverpool were crowned English champions.
