Rio Branco Atlético Clube recently announced two important partnerships that promise to transform the Espírito Santo football scene. On Thursday (15), the club signed a contract with Blackbox as its master sponsor. The following day (16), Br4Bet was announced as the new official sponsor.
The partnership with Blackbox represents the largest investment ever made in a club in Espírito Santo. The contract, valid until the end of 2026, could reach R$4 million.
The difference lies in the rotating system of displaying the brands on the uniform. Blackbox, which represents more than 30 betting houses in the national market, will implement a format where several companies will take turns in the master space on the black-cape shirt.
“This model is unprecedented in Brazilian football and will allow companies to increase their visibility and potential reach, in addition to making the black-and-white jersey even more valuable. This innovation is possible thanks to the partnership with Blackbox, which has been consolidating itself in the sports and digital content market, and is yet another major brand to walk alongside Rio Branco,” highlighted Renato Antunes, CEO of Rio Branco.
Br4Bet arrives as new official sponsor
As part of this strategy, Rio Branco also announced Br4Bet as its new official sponsor. The bookmaker arrives in Espírito Santo football through an initiative by Blackbox itself, the club’s current master sponsor.
Br4Bet will have its brand on the sleeve of the uniform and will participate in several club events. The company has over 6 million registered bettors and four years of strong presence in the sector.
“Blackbox, by bringing brands like Br4Bet closer to the Espírito Santo sports scene, fulfills its role of fostering the growth of regional football and creating sustainable opportunities for teams and their fans,” said Blackbox CEO Thadeu Silveira.
Antunes highlighted the importance of the partnership. “One of the goals is to make Espírito Santo part of the strategic map of the country’s major companies, opening doors to a new cycle of development on and off the field,” he stressed.
Rio Branco debuts with the betting company brand
Headquartered in Vitória, Blackbox acts as a hub for innovation in sports betting. The company connects operators and bettors through strategies and specialized content. It currently has more than 230 thousand bettors annually and represents 30 houses regulated by the Federal Government.
“We believe that fans from Espírito Santo want more than just passion: they want to see stadiums full, their teams growing, and rising to the elite of Brazilian football. But for this to happen, investment is needed. And that’s why Blackbox is taking to the field,” explained Thadeu Silveira.
Rio Branco debuted the new sponsorship model last Saturday (17), in a match valid for the Brazilian Championship Series D against Água Santa, in Diadema (SP).
