Sponsor of Corinthians, Bahia, Grêmio, Ceará and Náutico, Esportes da Sorte obtained an injunction that allows its operations throughout Brazil.
These sponsorship contracts, which were previously at risk due to regularization restricted to Rio de Janeiro via Loterj, now continue without hindrance. The company informed, through an official note, that it has already paid the necessary grant for operation in the national territory.

Grupo Esportes da Sorte informs that it is authorized to operate nationally under license 030/2024 from SPA/MF. The decision confirms that the company, from the beginning, complied with all legal and regulatory rites established by legislation and its respective ordinances.
The group also highlights that the reason for the administrative refusal was considered illegal by the federal court and that it has already paid for the grant and its website will soon be transitioning to the new domain, in accordance with the SPA’s regulatory instructions. /MF nº11 for using the registry.
In view of this, Grupo Esportes da Sorte reaffirms its commitment to regulating the sector and responsible gambling, aiming to protect the interests of civil society, generating jobs, income and in favor of the economic, social and cultural development of the country.
It is worth noting that the company is responsible for paying part of the salary of Memphis Depay, one of the most expensive players in Brazilian football.

Until then, Corinthians ran the risk of debuting in Paulistão without a master sponsor. But, with this victory for the Esportes da Sorte group, Timão will be able to showcase the marks of its main partner against RB Bragantino next Thursday (16).
Ceará
Ceará, also sponsored by the group, had already received positive signals to keep Esportes da Sorte as the master sponsor on its uniform. After a meeting, the club agreed with the company on some important points, ensuring that the bookmaker’s brand remains at the center of its shirt.
In this way, Ceará already understood that it had legal security in the signed contract, which ensured the continuity of sponsorship.
Impact of the new regulation
Since the beginning of 2025, the betting market in Brazil has operated under new regulations. Therefore, companies need to register domains with the suffix “.bet.br”. The Prizes and Betting Secretariat released a list of 14 companies that obtained authorization, each disbursing R$30 million. These licenses are valid for five years, guaranteeing stability in the sector.
Pixbet, which sponsors Flamengo, faced the same problem as Esportes da Sorte at the beginning of the year. However, the bookmaker recently received provisional authorization from the Ministry of Treasury.
