The Brazilian Compulsive Support Company (EBAC) launched the COMPULSAFE program this week, reinforcing its commitment to responsible gambling. The NSX Group, responsible for the Betnacional and Mr. Jack.bet platforms, developed the initiative in partnership with EBAC to increase security and support for bettors.
The program is an integral part of the new Compulsafe Responsible Gaming Seal, which seeks to align user experience with the best protection practices and compliance with Brazilian legislation. Actions include risk monitoring, self-control tools and specialized support for players.

COMPULSAFE is based on an initial diagnosis of each player’s profile. Experts analyze the information collected and create a personalized action plan, focused on good practices and ongoing support for players.
The execution of the plan will be the responsibility of the NSX Group, while EBAC will provide specialized support during the process.
“Sports betting platforms need to implement control activities to identify gambling disorder behaviors. Once this is done, they will have to refer the players to specialized reception”, explained Ricardo Magri, CEO of Ebac.
Founded in 2022, EBAC brings together a multidisciplinary team of experts in psychology, communication, organizational management and compliance in the gaming sector. The company offers direct and free support to bettors who seek help.
“The welcome is direct to the bettor, free of charge, and begins with psychological support procedures up to screening and referral for participation in a psychoeducational program, lasting up to eight weeks”, detailed Cristiano Costa, clinical psychologist and director of knowledge at entity.
