Entain has announced the appointment of a new chief operating officer, Dafne Guisard, who will officially take on the role from January 13th. Thus, the operator has made its latest appointment as a C-level executive. Guisard brings her wealth of experience as she leaves her previous executive role as Director of Strategy, Transformation and Digital at The Kraft Heinz Company.
Dafne Guisard’s experience
During his three years in this role, Guisard oversaw the development of 5- to 10-year strategies. Thus, it implemented digital transformation across the company and developed new operating models.
Therefore, as part of his new role, Guisard will report directly to Entain’s CEO, leading:
- global strategic planning
- the integration of mergers and acquisitions
- as iniciativas de atendimento ao cliente
A graduate of MIT, Guisard hopes to use all of her previous professional experience to help the company’s contribution as we head into a new year.
Current CEO, Gavin Isaacs, was also recently appointed, taking up the role in September 2024

So, after recording record interest in Olympic betting in August, Entain also revealed record engagement figures for NFL betting in the UK and Ireland last month. Also in October, the operator announced its Q3 2024 financial results, reporting 8% growth in NGR in a better-than-expected third quarter.
