Powered by Playtech’s flagship IMS platform, the single digital wallet instance provides full connectivity across Buzz Bingo’s retail and online environments – the result of a long-term project that underpins the Playtech ONE vision.
The single digital wallet allows players to enjoy bingo, slots and other virtual gaming verticals using a single account to play with, with the flexibility to deposit credits online and use them at a physical club (and vice versa) or withdraw earnings anywhere. In addition, it also enables cross-channel CRM activities using the Playtech Engagement Center toolset, providing a more integrated experience for gamers.
